Meet Deken
Deken Letinich is a lifelong Clark County resident living in Brush Prairie and has spent the last 12 years as a union organizer fighting for the workers of our State.
As an advocate for working families Deken has brought living wage jobs into our community, promoted workplace safety, and worked in Olympia to promote people oriented legislation.
He is running to ensure that the voices of everyday people are heard and that the laws passed by the Legislature address the needs of our community.

John Ley
- Has not passed a single piece of legislation since he was elected.
- He pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges of attempted voter violations immediately after he was elected in 2024.
- Voted against HB 1432, a bill set to improve access to mental health care and subsistence use disorder by ensuring insurance coverage of necessary care.
- Voted against SB 5217 which significantly expanded the rights of working mothers to be accommodated in their workplaces.
- Voted against SB 5480, an act which removes medical debt from being considered for credit scores. One emergency shouldn’t prevent you from being able to buy a car or find somewhere to live.
- Voted against HB 2689. This bill improves Washington’s Working Connections Child Care program by adjusting eligibility and subsidy rules to better support families and ensure more stable, equitable payments to child care providers.
