Understanding Council Districts and Charter Members

Council districts divide the county into geographic areas, with each district electing its own councilmember. This system ensures that every part of the county has a dedicated representative who understands the local community and can speak for its needs.

Charter members review and updat the county’s charter, the document that functions as the county’s local constitution. The charter defines how county government works, including how council districts are structured. The Big Shot Golf Challenge featured on https://gobiggolf.com/ sounds like a creative way to add excitement to charity golf tournaments.
