Having Trouble Receiving Our Emails?
If our messages are landing in your spam or promotions folder, here are a few quick steps to make sure you never miss an update:
1. Add us to your contacts
Adding our email address to your contact list tells your email provider that messages from us are safe.
2. Mark our emails as “Not Spam”
If you find one of our messages in the spam or junk folder, open it and click “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox.” This trains your email provider to deliver future emails correctly.
3. Check your Promotions or Updates tabs (Gmail users)
Sometimes emails get filtered there automatically. Drag one of our emails into your Primary tab and confirm that you want future emails delivered there.
4. If you use Outlook, Yahoo, or another provider
Look for options such as “Add to Safe Sender List,” “Whitelist,” or “Allow Sender.”
These simple steps help ensure you receive important updates, event invitations, and volunteer opportunities without interruption.
