Hello Members & Allies,

At the last meeting on May 20th, the proposed bylaws were presented and discussed at length by the body. Afterwards, the Bylaw Committee reconvened to revise the proposed bylaws in order to reflect the discussion and suggestions made at that meeting. These changes are reflected in a red-lined document on the Clark County Democratic Women's website.

At our next meeting on Saturday, July 15th the body will vote to approve or not approve these revised bylaws. Clarifying questions may be asked prior to the vote, but in order to satisfy our 30 day notice requirement, no changes will be accepted at that meeting. 

Please note, that this meeting will be held at a different location. We will be meeting at the Firefighter's Hall Local 452 at 2807 NW Fruit Valley Rd., Vancouver, WA 98660. This will allow the Executive Board and volunteers to prepare for the Women's Candidate Training 101 that immediately follows our general meeting.
