The 18th LD Picnic is fast approaching (Aug 6th). It is one of our key fundraisers and fun family-friendly events for 2017, and we need your help!
If you are interested in helping or have experience with any of the following, please think about getting involved and joining the committee:
- Advertising + promotion
- Organizing entertainment + activities
- Decorations + tabling
- Food + refreshments
- Auction + fundraising
At this meeting, we will be doing some high-level planning and defining roles so we can start to promote the event within the next few weeks.
