Q: What is the caucus about?
A: The principal business of this Legislative District Caucus is the election of delegates and alternates who will attend the Democratic State Convention. The delegates (in collaboration with the 18th Democratic Party) will also adopt the 2022 Platform for our Legislative District
Q: What are the requirements to run as Delegate?
A: You need to be a registered voter (or eligible to vote in November of '22), reside within the 18th Legislative District, and publicly confirm that you are a Democrat.
Q: Who Votes for Delegates?
A: Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) and Dues Paying Members of the 18th Legislative District Democrats
Q: I'd like to be a Delegate but I can't attend the meeting. What should I do?
